1. Service Provision Methods

Winsuites Saigon Hotel provides accommodation services along with additional services (such as dining, airport transfers, etc.) through the following methods:

  • Direct service at the hotel:

Guests can come directly to Winsuites Saigon Hotel at 28-30-32 Le Lai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to check in and use the services they have booked.

  • Online service:

Guests can make reservations and payments via our official website: https://winsuitessaigon.com

After completing the booking process, the system will send a confirmation email. Guests are required to present this confirmation email upon check-in to use the booked services.

2. Estimated Service Delivery Time

The service delivery time at Winsuites Saigon Hotel depends on the booking method:

  • Direct booking at the hotel:

Guests can check in immediately after completing the check-in procedure at the front desk.

 

  • Online booking:

A booking confirmation email will be sent within 5–10 minutes after the transaction is completed.

Guests can check in at the scheduled time (typically from 14:00 on the arrival date).
