GENERAL TERMS – WINSUITES SAIGON HOTEL

By using our services or accessing our website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Guests must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to make reservations or use the services.
All personal information provided must be accurate and complete. The hotel is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or misleading information.
A reservation is only valid once the guest receives an official confirmation email from the hotel’s booking system.
Room rates and service fees may change depending on the period; the hotel will update the system when changes are applied.

Check-in time: From 14:00
Check-out time: Before 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to room availability.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service if the guest appears intoxicated, causes disturbances, or violates hotel regulations.

3.1. Children

Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (maximum 1 child per room).
Children from 6 to under 12 years old: Breakfast surcharge or extra bed fee will apply according to the current rate.
Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and must use an extra bed if the number of guests exceeds the room’s standard occupancy.
Please inform us in advance if children will be accompanying you, so we can arrange a suitable room.

3.2. Extra Beds

Some room types allow an extra bed upon request (subject to availability upon check-in).
Extra bed charges are billed separately and are not included in the standard room rate.
Not all room types can accommodate extra beds — please confirm with us in advance.

4.1. For bookings with the Bank Card Guarantee payment method

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 5 days prior to the arrival date.
If cancellation is made within 5 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total booking value.
For bookings made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking, and the amount will be non-refundable if canceled.

4.2. For bookings with the Pay Now via Onepay payment method

All bookings paid via Onepay under the Pay Now option are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Guests may request to amend the stay date, subject to room availability, and must notify the hotel at least 7 days in advance for arrangement.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss unless items are deposited at the front desk.
Guests must compensate for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.

The hotel is only responsible for providing services as confirmed in the booking.
We are not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, power outages mandated by authorities, or other incidents beyond our control.

All guest personal information is protected in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We only disclose information when required by law or at the request of competent government authorities.

All content, images, and logos on the website are the property of the hotel (unless otherwise noted).
Any duplication or reuse in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
The latest version will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon release.

All disputes will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled under Vietnamese law at the competent court where the hotel is registered.
