PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment Methods

To complete the booking process on our website, guests must choose one of the following two payment methods.
Once payment or card guarantee information is provided, our system will automatically send a booking confirmation email to the guest.

Method 1: Bank Card Guarantee

  • Guests provide international credit card information (Visa, MasterCard…) to guarantee the booking.
  • The hotel will process payment via the system 5 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Upon check-in, guests must present the card used for guarantee to verify the cardholder. If not, guests will be required to pay using another method, and the amount already charged will be refunded to the guaranteed card (processing time: approximately 21 business days).

Method 2: Pay Upon Booking (OnePay)

  • Guests pay directly through the OnePay online payment gateway.
  • Accepted methods include international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay), domestic ATM cards (NAPAS), Apple Pay, Mobile Banking, E-Wallets, and bank transfers via VietQR.
  • After clicking “Confirm Booking,” the system will redirect to the OnePay payment interface for the transaction.
  • If the booking system does not directly connect to OnePay, a payment link will be sent via email.

2. Payment Security Policy

  • All personal data and bank card information are fully protected by an internationally certified processing system.
  • No third party can access this data via the booking system or by any other means.
  • Payment data is processed and safeguarded according to Visa and MasterCard security standards – PCI DSS.
  • Data transfer and storage comply with 3-D Secure protocols.
  • SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), PCI DSS, and 128-bit MD5 encryption standards are applied.
  • OTP (One-Time Password) is sent via SMS for transaction verification.
  • We do not store card information in our system.
  • For international cards (Visa/MasterCard…), card details are encrypted and securely stored by our payment gateway partner.
  • For domestic cards, only Order ID, Transaction Code, and Bank Name are retained — no card numbers or sensitive details.
  • Any refunds (if applicable) will be returned directly to the original card used for payment.

3. Room Holding Conditions & Non-Payment Handling

  • Payment or card guarantee must be completed before the due date stated in the booking confirmation.
  • If guests fail to make payment/provide guarantee information on time or provide incomplete details, Winsuites Saigon Hotel reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the booking.
  • In the case of a no-show, the amount paid or charged from the guarantee card will not be refunded.
  • The staying guest must be the cardholder used for payment or guarantee (unless a valid authorization is provided).

4. Transaction Review and Confirmation

Before completing the payment, the system will clearly display:

  • Merchant Name: Winsuites Saigon Hotel
  • Order Reference
  • Total Amount Payable
  • Time Remaining to Complete the Transaction

Guests should carefully review all information before confirming the payment.
