  • Security information: Images from CCTV cameras in public areas of the hotel to ensure guest and property safety.

3. Data Retention Period

  • Customer personal information will be retained for the duration of the service usage and up to 05 years after the transaction is completed, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Customers may request earlier deletion if the request is legally valid and accepted.
  • After the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data protection procedures.

4. Parties with Access to Personal Information

Customer personal information will only be shared in the following cases:

  • Internal departments of Winsuites Saigon Hotel: To process bookings, provide services, customer care, and payment.
  • Contracted service providers: For example, online payment gateways, hotel management software providers, and transportation services (upon customer request).

  • Any complaint will be handled transparently, promptly, and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Commitment to Information Security

  • We commit not to share, sell, or rent customer personal information to any third party except as stated in Section 4.
  • We apply technical and managerial measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
  • Online payment information is processed through licensed payment gateways in compliance with international security standards, and the hotel does not store card information in its systems.
