  • Customer personal information will be retained for the duration of the service usage and up to 05 years after the transaction is completed, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Customers may request earlier deletion if the request is legally valid and accepted.
  • After the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data protection procedures.

4. Parties with Access to Personal Information

Customer personal information will only be shared in the following cases:

  • Online payment information is processed through licensed payment gateways in compliance with international security standards, and the hotel does not store card information in its systems.
